Identity Theft on MySpace and Facebook

by Barbara Dayan
(San Luis Obispo, California)

I have an Identity Theft tip for parents and students on the internet.

There is a free online class on how Facebook and Myspace users can protect themselves from Identity Theft offered by KSURF Virtual University.

KSURF is a cool online learning community run by volunteers.

Enrollments begin in June and will continue throughout summer/fall sessions. Students complete the course at their own pace and can earn 2 CEU's.

The Internet Security 101 class info page is: KSURF

Hope you find this resource helpful!
