UK Identity Theft News ItemsThis section of the site is devoted to keeping up with UK identity theft news items, of which there is often something. As ID fraud and related subjects becomes bigger and bigger in terms of the scale of the crimes and the news items generated, it seems reasonable for us to try and maintain a summary in one place on this site. Our intention is to be able to help keep the public updated about progress in this area but also to ensure that the changing methods of criminals are noted so that we members of the public are aware of potential hazards. Where possible, we will post links to the relevant news item online on the relevant page. Many, if not all of these links, will be to the BBC website. Not only does the BBC do excellent news reporting, but they keep their webpages up forever! We hope that you find it useful.
